The 7 chakras represent the 7 energy centers in your body: Root, Sacral, Solar Plexus, Heart, Throat, Third Eye, and Crown. Each of these energy centers controls a different aspect of your mental and physical well-being. Alignment of the chakras has the ability to improve chronic stress, anxiety, depression, grief, pain, fears, and prosperity.
Chakra alignment is an aspect that can be achieved through all of my energy and herbal offerings. There are many physical and metaphysical ways to access your chakras, but I've found the three modalities above to be the most impactful on my healing journey.

Distance Reiki aligns your chakras and clears negative energy, whether you're looking for relief from physical and/or emotional pain, or want to increase your spiritual connection. This powerful service can also be used on animals who could benefit from clearing their energy as well.
OkayFito-Energy is a 30 minute consultation where we'll assess your needs and find out what herbs would best help to balance your chakras. This allows me to recommend the right combination of herbal supplements, which are specially formulated for you.
